Wellbeing Australia First Responder and Veteran Summit

Dear Colleagues,      

Commissioner Fewtrell is hosting the Wellbeing Australia First Responder and Veteran Summit taking place at City of Sydney Fire Station in two weeks.

Commissioner Fewtrell will be joined by Shane Fitzsimmons and Rosemary Hegner as they discuss the principles of holistic wellbeing, through the particular lens of First Responders and veterans. This experienced panel will share insights into how to recognise, assess and respond to wellbeing threats when in crisis, in addition to how to respond prior to and post crisis. They will share ideas on how individuals might create structures to support meaningful relationships, proactive strategies and reactive responses for themselves and others. After the panel discussion, light refreshments will be available while networking.
