Further EAP provider information for retired members
Further to the information that is now on our website, the EAP provider is Converge International. Further information is below but it’s important to know that Converge’s services are available for up to five years post retirement/separation. There is no need to seek approval from FRNSW. 

Converge International offers a free confidential, personal coaching and counselling service that provides support for a variety of short-term, personal or work issues. This service gives you access to qualified professionals including psychologists, social workers and management coaches.

To access the service, you can speak with a consultant over the phone or meet face-to-face. Consultations can be conducted at Converge International offices throughout metropolitan and regional Australia. Your confidentiality is assured, and your details will not be passed on to anyone at FRNSW.
